Does the kit arrive assembled?

No. Our kits are DIY projects for you to assemble. The Shelf Lantern Light is a separate accessory. Please check each product description before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

The current delivery estimate is 10–15 business days within Saudi Arabia. Products ship internationally, with tracking provided when dispatched.

How much is shipping?

SAR 19 for orders below SAR 199, and free for orders of SAR 199 or more. The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

We do not offer cash on delivery.

Will I need tools or batteries?

Requirements vary by kit. Check the product description for tools, glue, and batteries, or contact hello@rukn-store.com before ordering.

What is the return policy?
